In addition, we offer remote desktop sharing to allow you to show us the problem or question you are having and to allow us to demonstrate a solution to you, or even implement a solution ourselves. As the saying goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words" and this goes double for the value of actually seeing what is going on directly. Remote desktop sharing is like a "house call." We can figuratively sit down with you at your own computer and address your concerns.
